Fuerteventura's Caleta de Fuste, in the Canary Islands, is located close to the airport and is a fairly new town and holiday destination. Caleta de Fuste boasts many facilities to keep you and the kids occupied and most of these are featured within these pages.
Caleta has been around for about 10-15 years, before that it was a coastal, er...coast. Not much happening at all, but now it is a thriving community with child-safe beaches, and their various water and sand based activities, as well as bars, restaurants, tours, cruises, coastal walks plus much much more.
Goose & Firkin
Scott has been around for quite some time, and return visitors to caleta de fuste, will know him from the wonderful Blues Bar.
Well he has taken what he did in the Blues Bar, and has applied it to his latest venture - The Google & Firkin.
Offering great music, good drinks, and the food...
Well what can I say about the food; its simply a cut above what other people are doing right now.
They offer two complete menu's: a dayitme menu, and a more sophisticated evening menu - this is where their chef gets to flex his creative muscles.
